Terms of Service

Last updated October 8, 2026

The rules for using Sylo. Please read them carefully.

1. Using Sylo

By creating an account or using Sylo you agree to these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe.

2. Your content

You own the presentations, files and data you put into Sylo. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display them solely to operate the service for you, including sending them to AI providers to generate content you request.

You confirm you have the rights to the content and data sources you connect, and that they do not violate the law or anyone else's rights.

3. AI output

Generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review every presentation, and especially figures and claims, before relying on or sharing it. You are responsible for how you use the output.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Sylo to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware or harmful content, attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or resell it without our permission.

5. Early access and availability

Features may change, and early access features may be unfinished. We work to keep Sylo available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Termination

You can stop using Sylo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk. You can export your presentations before your account is closed.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Sylo is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use Sylo after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
