Account details such as your name, email address and sign-in method. Content you create or upload, including presentations, files and the data you connect. Basic usage and device information, such as pages viewed and browser type, used to keep Sylo reliable and secure.

If you join the early access list, we store your email address so we can contact you about access.

To provide Sylo: generating, editing, sharing and exporting your presentations, and keeping connected data current. To secure accounts, prevent abuse, fix problems and improve the product. To send service messages and, if you asked for it, product updates.

Sylo uses third-party AI models to produce content from your prompts and connected data. Your data and presentations are not used to train AI models, by us or by our model providers under our agreements with them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run Sylo (hosting, storage, email and AI processing), when you choose to share a presentation, or when the law requires it.

Presentations you share by link are visible to anyone with that link. When a viewer opens a shared link we record views and time spent per slide so you can see engagement.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited by permissions you control. We keep your content while your account is active and delete it within a reasonable period after you delete it or close your account, except where we must retain it by law.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from within Sylo, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including objecting to or restricting certain processing. We will respond to requests within the time the law requires.

We may update this policy. If a change is significant we will tell you in the product or by email before it takes effect.
